Brewing news Ukraine: Carlsberg Ukraine toasts net profit increase in 2018

Carlsberg Ukraine, one of the largest brewing companies in the country, in 2018 increased its net profit 1.5 times compared to 2017, to UAH1.634 billion, Ukraine Open for Business reported on March 19.

According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, its assets amounted to UAH4.757 billion (down 6.3%), retained earnings at around UAH1.643 billion (down 11%). The company’s debt amounted to UAH648.3 million (20% more), current liabilities to UAH1.585 billion (down 5.5%). The company has no long-term liabilities.

The company plans to pay UAH1.329 billion in dividends for 2018, the payment term is until October 24, 2019. The rest of the profit will remain at the disposal of Carlsberg Ukraine.
